Innovate Construction, established in 2015, takes great pride in integrity and good hard work. Brady Roundy combs the market for subcontractors who will step beyond the norms of hard work and dedication to create a custom luxury feel. He loves working with homeowners who have ideas and need him to make them a reality.

Brady Roundy started working with his grandfather’s construction company at 10 years old and continued working with his grandfather for several more years. He worked for an electrician for a time, then spent 20 years as a superintendent for his father. Brady continued to broaden his knowledge and his skills by working independently building luxury lodges in Alaska and commercial projects in Utah.

A trusted friend, who knew of his vast knowledge, skill and integrity, encouraged Brady to go through the certification classes to become a general contractor. In 2014, Brady received his B-100 General Contractor’s licensure. Brady has built large and small commercial projects, multimillion dollar homes, family homes, tenant improvements, developed land and created magnificent spaces for outdoor gathering and entertainment.
